Simple Tips on Enjoying Pregnancy and Delivery is a book written for the contemporary couple and family. It covers a large range of questions that bother the mind of people including preventing infertility, preparing for pregnancy, physical exercises, nutrition in pregnancy and care of the baby after delivery. On the burning issue of sexual intercourse in pregnancy, the book also attempts to dispel the myths surrounding this God-given source of marital harmony.
Drawing strength from the Almighty God, creator of mankind and the Universe, giver of all that is good and the source of pregnancy is a veritable tool for achieving successful delivery. This book has included prayer and passages from the scripture for spiritual strength.
The book draws its uniqueness from the fact that it was written after many years of interacting directly with families and couples during pregnancy. It is a book laden with experience of counseling many couples especially pregnant women on sexual and reproductive health issues. The language is so simple that makes it ideal for the very learned and for the lay person; for the health professional and for the ‘ordinary’ woman; for the counselor and for the counseled. It is a book that should be in every home in Nigeria and beyond.
