AUTHORS

Dr. Moses Chukwugi Ossai is an experienced lecturer in educational research and project supervision. He holds a Ph.D in Guidance and Counselling Psychology (2005) of the Delta State University, Abraka in addition to M.Ed (Guidance and Counselling Psychology, 1991) and B.Ed (2nd Class Upper Division, 1988) both of the University of Benin, Benin City. He also has a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE Distinction, 1984) of the College of Education, Agbor, then affiliated to the Institute of Education, University of Benin, Benin City. He has worked in the University of Lagos and Delta State University Abraka as Tutor and Counsellor but presently, he is a Chief Lecturer/Associate Professor and Director of Educational Support Services at Delta State College of Education, Mosogar. He was appointed Associate Professor of Psychology by University Institute of Business Management, Karachi, Pakistan in 2013 when he went for his Sabbatical Leave there. He has been teaching educational research and statistics courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels as well as supervised their research projects since 2006. He has published in reputable international journals on issues of educational research.

 

NATHANIEL ETHE (Chief Lecturer) holds Ph.D in Educational Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria.  He teaches in the Department of Educational Psychology at the Delta State College of Education, Mosogar.  He has taught different courses in the field of Education for over 14 years. Dr. Ethe has carried out several research studies which are published in learned journals (Local and International). His published books include: Principles of Educational Measurement and Evaluation: Handbook for Teachers and Students and Fundamentals of Developmental Psychology: Handbook for Students and Education Practitioners (Co-Author). He has held several academic positions in the college and currently he is the Director, University of Benin affiliate Degree Programme. Dr. Ethe is a member of different professional bodies and he is married with children.

THE AUTHOR

Anthony Ekata Ogbeibu is a Professor in the Department of Animal and Environmental Biology, University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria, and a former Hon. Commissioner for Works and Transport in Edo State. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Benin in 1991 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Education from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, United Kingdom in 1991. He has published widely in both Local and International Journals. He is an Editor and Reviewer for renowned International Journals and has served as External Examiner for undergraduate and postgraduate students of Zoology and Environmental Sciences in many Nigerian Universities.

He has been involved in the teaching of Biostatistics at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels since 1991 in the University of Benin. He is a Consultant Environmentalist and Biostatistician, and has been conducting Computer Training in Biostatistics/Biomedical Statistics for Resident Doctors in Teaching Hospitals, Personnel in Research Institutes and Environmental Companies in Nigeria.  He is married with children.
