This book offers a unique and practical approach to research design, data collection, organization, analysis, interpretation and graphical presentation of results. Its combination of simplicity and thoroughness, removes the impenetrable myth surrounding biostatistics and graphical representation of research data. Biological data have evolved from the primordial qualitative form to the contemporary quantitative format subjectable to statistically testable hypotheses. The step by step approach to parametric and nonparametric statistics using manual and computer packages, and the simplified interpretation of computer-generated results make this book appealing to Students (Undergraduates and Postgraduates), Lecturers, all true Researchers and Environmental Scientists, cutting across all disciplines (Biophysical, Social and Health).
